Petrel Uncertainty Analysis Module Level: Advanced Duration: 2 days

Next scheduling: Contact us

Price: 4000 MYR

About this course:

the Petrel Uncertainty Analysis module is an embedded tool in Petrel (Trademark of Schlumberger) that enables sensitivity, uncertainty and proxy analysis on a Volumetrics case. the principal benefits of the Uncertainty Analysis Module:

-  Allow the user to understand the impact of each subsurface parameters on the Base Case Volumes via the sensitivity analysis

- Generate a high number of Geomodel realizations and see their corresponding Volume in Place to capture the subsurface uncertainties

- Create proxy model of reservoir simulation parameters

The Petrel Uncertainty Analysis Module is an important tool to gain comprehensive insights into the Geomodel and effectively support any business decisions attached to it.

The PE1 course introduces attendees to the Petrel Uncertainty Analysis Module.

Attendees are encouraged to bring along their workstations and Petrel Licenses if they wish to actively practice the content of the course.

What to expect from the course:

- Gain overview of Petrel Uncertainty Analysis Module

- Ability to create a sensitivity analysis workflow

- Ability to create an uncertainty analysis workflow

Who should attend:

- Petrel users who wish to bring their usage of Petrel to the next level and actively support business decisions

Prerequisite:

Being a power user of Petrel

Solid grounding on Petrel Workflow Manager or attending PE10 course is mandatory
